Convention Discount for Residents, Family Members and Students*

OANHSS is pleased announce that we have put in place a special 50% discount rate for residents, family members students to attend the 2017 OANHSS Convention.

The discount rates are as follows:

Thursday or Friday Daily Pass - $162

Onsite Registrations will be accepted for the discounted rate.

* Students must be currently enrolled in an academic program and identify the institution on the registration form.

PAYMENT

• Visa payments are accepted for all onsite registrations.

• Cheques are to be made payable to OANHSS.

• Mail cheque and registration form to OANHSS, 7050 Weston Road, Suite 700, Woodbridge, ON L4L 8G7.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be received in writing prior to April 5, 2017. A $50 administration fee will apply regardless of the status of payment. Registrants who fail to attend the program or cancel after the deadline date shall be liable for the full fee. There is no charge for delegate substitutions.

Privacy Statement: Registration information is collected to process registrations and payments for education events, correspond with registered delegates, notify participants about other OANHSS programs and services, and publish delegate lists for event participants.
